We provide virtual one-on-one consultations, as well as a virtual class once a month, for school-aged children 6 to 18 years of age, (a separate class for 12-18 years of age), to empower your child, increase self-esteem and confidence, and enable him/her to share concerns and challenges with other children who are facing similar challenges, and a kind, compassionate, listener who truly cares!
We are passionate about providing guidance and support for school-aged children/teenagers in addressing issues such as self-esteem, body image, boundaries, motivation, task completion, bullying, goal setting, self-awareness, perseverance, social skills, emotional regulation, sensitivity, diversity or giftedness. We teach empowerment, leadership, confidence, positivity, and social skills. We support gifts, talents, skills, meditation, journaling, creativity, connection and diversity. We believe every child is special and unique! Your child/teenager will be taught tools and activities to help him/her manage emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Our mission is to create a fun, safe, relaxed, loving, and judgement free space for children and teenagers to share concerns and seek encouragement. It will be positive and supportive for all. We believe every child is special and unique and in the transformative power of personal growth and healing, and our goal is to help children achieve their highest potential!
We provide consultations for spiritual assistance focused on healing for children and their families, respectful of all spiritual/religious beliefs.
Recognizing that every child is unique, and some may not be ready to discuss their struggles, we also have a video series, along with meditations, as an alternative approach located in our shop section under the "More" button in the website menu above, with a sample video below. There is also a sample video geared for parents, and more to come in the shop section of our website. Our desire is for our services to be available to every child and family, so if there is a financial need, please contact us before booking a session and we will be happy to assist you further. If our hours are not convenient for you, please email us and let us know a time and day that will work for you (please give a few options) and we will get back to you to schedule a session.
