Clinical Hypnotherapy   

Services for Teenagers

We provide virtual one-on-one consultations/hypnotherapy, for school-aged children 13 to 18 years of age.  We can assist in increasing your child's social, academic, emotional and physical endurance, strength and resilience.  We can empower your teenager and provide ways to remove blocks to unlimited possibilities, improve their mood/emotions, adjust or change negative attitudes, and help your teenager achieve goals and conquer fears!  We teach ways to navigate the social and academic environment, time management strategies and organizational skills, which will enable your teenager to accomplish dreams, and pursue avenues of excellence!

We provide hypnotherapy or guidance for your teenager any of the following issues:

We teach empowerment, leadership, confidence, positivity, and social skills.  We support creativity, connection and diversity. Your teenager will be taught tools and activities to help him/her manage emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.  Our mission is to create a fun, safe, relaxed, loving, and judgement free space for teenagers to share concerns and seek encouragement. The online consultation can be with the parent and teenager, the parent alone, or the teenager (a report of what is discussed and suggested given to the parent in the follow-up email and at the end of the consultation). An information sheet will be included when you book a session for your teenager as to how you wish us to help.  If your teen is not interested in the meditation hypnotherapy, we can do a guidance or support session only.

It changes the way our brains work, and the way we think and respond to our environment.  Many habits and behaviors do not change, despite our best efforts, because of the deep seated impact of the subconscious.  Much goes on in our subconscious without our conscious awareness.  Therefore, to transform ourselves, heal our trauma, remove blocks and limiting beliefs, change negative habits and patterns, we must work directly with the subconscious and change learned responses to triggers. 

 The consultation will begin with an information session regarding hypnotherapy and questions to determine the underlying issue and the changes you would like to have in your life, along with helpful and practical tips that you can use in your daily life.  After a brief interview session, clinical hypnotherapy involves a very relaxing meditation to connect with the subconscious to make positive changes.  You will be fully aware, in control, and can choose to accept the positive suggestions. After the session, you will feel calm and peaceful, and more empowered in your life!
