Cancellation Policy

Please give us 24 hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Payment is due before start date. If the service is for your teenager, a parent/guardian should be in the home at the time of the consultation. We respect your privacy, and no information will be shared with any third party and will be kept strictly confidential with Energize and Rise LLC. We ask that you respect our services and if not completely satisfied that you contact us immediately to address any concerns, as we wish our clients to be 100% satisfied with the consultations. You understand that this service is a not a medical, therapeutic, psychological, or psychiatric service. Please contact a professional in those areas if needed.
